Loli is a straight shooter. She believes that selling services is about solving problems, and that if you ask customers what they need, they will actually tell you. And her role is just that. To ensure we understand our customers’ requirements and that we have the adequate business infrastructure in place to deliver them the right solution.

With over 15 years experience managing commercial relationships with companies ranging from the start-ups to the Global 500; she brings a strong business acumen along with her natural pragmatism. Since she joined B-612 in 2014, she has helped pretty much doubling our turnover and doing things like getting us ISO 9001 certified. On her yoga mat she is trying to let go. At work, she’s all about making sure we stay on top of it.

Switched on is the best way to describe Ami. As in smart and as in always connected, making sure the business runs smoothly 24/7, across the 10 different time zones we’re servicing our customers in. He is definitely the quiet force driving the business.

With nearly 20 years experience in the IT world, he combines a huge wealth of knowledge, to a genuine passion for technology and extraordinary people skills. At work, his mind is constantly racing and he is always looking for new ways to improve our customers’ experience. To adapt to their various needs, while retaining our unique way of doing things. At home, during the rare moments he is not working, he would like nothing more than staying still for a minute or two. But his kids won’t let him.

Nameer joined B-612 in 2015 and is responsible for managing all services requests in EMEA, liaising daily with our customers and engineers to ensure all tickets and deployment in the region go as smoothly as possible.

Nameer has been delivering IT solutions for nearly 15 years and is loving it. His passion for field work doesn’t fade, he rarely gets tired and his work is always spot on. Customers rave about his professionalism and attention to detail. The guys love having him on the team as he is sure to create an enjoyable working environment for everyone. It takes a special person to put a fun spin on structured cabling. Nameer is that person.

Sai joined B-612 in 2016 and is responsible for overseeing all services requests in APAC, as well onboarding and providing ongoing training to all our Field Engineers in the region.

An incredibly skilled engineer with over 15 years experience in the IT industry in his bag, Sai doesn’t need to try very hard to be liked by customers and colleagues. Anyone working with him, get to appreciate his dedication, endless patience and natural ability to think on his feet. He takes great pride in his work and we take great pride of having him on the team.

Gomes is our go to person for all matters concerning logistics, and is responsible for onboarding all new Field Engineers joining the London team. He joined B-612 in 2012 and has really grown to become a key member of the team.

A perfectionist at heart, borderline OCD when it comes to cabling, Gomes combines a huge depth of Remote Hands knowledge to excellent organisational and communication skills, and you can always count on him to get things done. He is bubbly and fun to work with, and brings an upbeat attitude to work day in day out. Customers absolutely adore him. And so do we.

Youcef joined B-612 in 2021 as a senior Field Engineer and rapidly grew to become one of our shining stars.

As North & South America Manager, he is now responsible for managing all services requests on the American continent.

Sharp as they come, methodical and a real people person, Youcef has over 15 years’ experience working in the IT industry under his belt; half of which he spent working with one of the top 5 telecommunications company in the world. Don’t let his “Advanced Brown” kickboxing belt fool you, Youcef is as kind and friendly as it gets.
